 Service Cancellation by the Customer

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled service commencement.

  • Some services may be non-refundable; this will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Cancellation by BLC ERP Consultancy LLP

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or force majeure events.

  • In case of service cancellation from our end, customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule the service.

  • If cancellation is due to a violation of our terms, no refund will be issued.

  • If a service has been initiated, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Refunds are subject to verification and approval.

  • Any applicable processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • No refund will be issued if the customer does not provide the necessary information required for tax filings, resulting in pending or incomplete filings.

  • In case of a dispute regarding refunds, we will work with the customer to reach a fair resolution.

Exceptions

  • Certain services, including customized solutions, consulting packages, and time-sensitive projects, may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
